Early Ball & Erne City Bottling Works Esplanade Street New Orleans Louisiana blob top soda bottle may date as early as the Civil War military conflict. It is a blob top and predates the Hutchinson soda closures of the 1890-1+910 era. It has a 5 point star embossed on the base. The other bottle is a hutch from Chicago Heights Illinois and says Hy. Duensing & Co. We see no major damage to either bottle just normal wear.
