TERMS AND CONDITIONS **There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.** We offer a 3% discount off the buyer's premium to all invoices paid in cash during our normal pick up hours only. Any inventory held after stated pick up times do not qualify for this discount. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. All buyers must have a paid receipt from ATX Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time. ATX Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal.
