Auction Terms & Conditions - ALL Items must be picked up on the specified pick up dates . All Unpaid invoices will be relisted on MONDAY following an auction. All Items paid and not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be relisted ON MONDAY after the Auction, If a refund is issued we will refund the amount minus the 15% buyers premium for restocking fee. - Please submit Tax Exempt ID before auction day to prevent being charged taxes when invoiced - There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased. - All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. - PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are processed at the conclusion of each auction to the card used during registration. If you would like to use a different card you must notify us before auction day. - ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH: ATX AUCTIONS ADDISON (PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD). Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. - All buyers must have a paid receipt from ATX Auctions Addison at time of pickup. - Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time. - ATX Auctions Addison is not responsible for preview or removal. - NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED. -There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the ATX Auctions Addison premises; -Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – ATX Auctions Addison is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Example: Auction ending Thursday pick ups will begin Friday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm. We do leave at 4pm and in the occasion that you are running slightly behind we would appreciate a call ahead to let us know so that you do not arrive and no one is available. - If you are unable to make the pickup days we will hold items no longer than the following MONDAY after that all merchandise not removed by deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ATX Auctions Addison unless there is a delay during processing. *** IMPORTANT: By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item.
