This auction features collectibles, games, cards, and more.
Items are sold AS IS, and WHERE IS, if shipping is not available. No returns, or refunds. All sales are final. Please make sure to look at all pictures and read all descriptions prior to bidding. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Cards will be run at the end of the auction so please make sure you use the correct one to avoid delays or setbacks. Pick-up address will be in the settlement email, with a sign up sheet attached. Please make sure to Shipping will be cost of shipping label and materials. Small $1.50 fee per lot for shipping. All shipping will be done in house. If you are outside the Dallas/Forth Worth area we will assume you require shipping unless you let us know before the end of the auction. Local buyers that require shipping please let us know at time of registration so that we can streamline our processes. Items not picked up will be considered forfeited and will be relisted for auction after a certain amount of time, and after multiple attempts to call and message. If you require shipping and have large heavy items, additional handling may be applicable, up to $10 per box.

Payment Terms
Cards will be run at the end of the auction. If we charge the card and it does not run, we will try it again, and then we will send out a settlement email with a link to pay. After 48 hours of nonpayment and inability to contact you through email and via phone, lots will be considered abandoned and relisted for auction. If you require shipping, let us know at the time of registration so that we can get your items transferred to the shipping department. Tax exempt customers: Let us know before the end of the auction that you are tax exempt, and send along any information needed prior to auction day, or we cannot guarantee to waive the tax.
READ PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS!! PLEASE!!!! ****PICK UPS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY****** Pick-up for this auction are ONE DAY ONLY on Tuesday, October 1st and sign-up will be by appointment only via sign-up genius. Make sure you get signed up for a time, and are on time for your appointment. If you do not sign up for a time, we MAY NOT have your items ready. If you know you will need a different day, please contact us BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping will be invoiced through Square and will commence after local auction pick-ups have ended. Invoices for shipping must be paid by the end of three business days, or lots will be considered abandoned. We pack our items well, and do not upcharge for our shipping labels, so we pass along our savings to you. Please note that if your items are heavy, require a lot of packaging materials, etc., a charge of up to $10 handling may apply per box, on top of packaging materials.
