Auction Terms & Conditions Pick-Up & Abandoned Items All items must be picked up on the specified pick-up dates. Unpaid invoices will result in items being relisted on the Monday following the auction. Paid items not picked up by the specified deadline will be considered abandoned and will be relisted starting the following Monday after the auction. If a refund is issued, a 15% buyer's premium will be deducted as a restocking fee. Tax Exemption To avoid sales tax charges, please submit your Tax Exempt ID before the auction day. Failure to do so will result in applicable sales tax charges when invoiced. Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase, along with 8.25% local sales tax. Sales Term: All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, with no returns, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees. Bidder Registration Requirements All bidders must register with a valid credit or debit card and provide ID verification. Bidders must be 18 years or older to participate in any auction. Bidders under the age of 18 are violating state law and may be held accountable. Payment Terms Payments will be processed at the conclusion of each auction using the card on file from registration. All buyers must present a paid receipt from Streamline Trading LLC at the time of pickup. Liability Streamline Trading LLC is not responsible for previewing or removing items. If items are not removed by the specified deadline, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, accounts will be suspended until removal is completed. There is no trading or selling of items between buyers on the Streamline Trading LLC premises. Item Removal Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of their items. Streamline Trading LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during employee-assisted removal. Bidders must bring their own packing materials and equipment (e.g., plastic wrap) as needed. Discrepancies Any discrepancies must be reported at the seller's physical location at the time of removal. No exceptions. Photos & Descriptions Photos and descriptions are provided by Streamline Trading LLC and remain the property of the company. Pick-Up Schedule Pick-up dates are the two days following the auction (e.g., auctions ending Thursday will have pick-ups on Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Please note, we leave promptly at 6:00 PM. If you are running late, we appreciate a courtesy call to ensure someone is available to assist you. Abandoned Items If items are not picked up within three days of the auction’s closing, they will be considered abandoned and either disposed of or resold by Streamline Trading LLC, unless there is a processing delay. Important Legal Information By placing a bid on our website, you are entering into a legally binding contract. Bidders agree not to dispute or contest the transaction after winning the item.
