• There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. • All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. • All Items must be picked up on the specified pick up dates. All Unpaid invoices will be re-listed on Wednesday following an auction. All Items paid and not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be re-listed after one week of the auction date. After 30 days, items not picked up will receive a fee of $25/day to cover storage fees. • Please submit Tax Exempt ID before auction day to prevent being charged taxes when invoiced. • PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are processed at the conclusion of each auction to the card used during registration. If you would like to use a different card you must notify us before auction day. • All buyers must have a paid receipt from Texas Liquidators Auctions at time of pickup. • Payment Types: Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. • Texas Liquidators is not responsible for preview or removal. Note: If items are not removed by the deadline and there is a discrepancy no refunds will be issued, and if items are not removed by the deadline bidder's account will be suspended until removal is completed. • All merchandise is sold “as is” and “where is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. • There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the Texas Liquidators premises* • Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal - Texas Liquidators is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. • Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical location at time of removal - No Exceptions.
