The pick up address in the GARLAND area will be given to the highest bidders via email at the end of auction close on Friday June 21, 2024. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you understand and agree that this email may be sent outside of normal business hours. Including hours between 9pm and 8am.
SHIPPING: Items that can fit in a box simular to a USPS FLAT RATE box may be shipped for additional fees. Fees will include the actual cost of shipping PLUS $5.00 per box handling fee. Please keep in mind items that will not fit in a small box will not be available for shipping. If you have a question if a specific item is shippable or not, please email erica@gran-e.com with item number for confirmation. We will NOT know the shipping cost prior to purchase as we put as many items as possible in the least number of boxes possible, weigh, measure, and "shop around" to save buyer's on shipping cost. We will not answer "How Much is Shipping" questions prior to purchase. We will only be able to answer yes or no on the ability to ship a specific item.
Items not picked up at the designated times above will be concidered abandoned and disposed of as the seller deems necessary WITHOUT refund. Possible suspension of bidding rights may occur at management's discretion if items are not picked up on designated day/time offered. There will be NO Refunds for items abandoned.
The buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up is completed on SATURDAY JUNE 22, 2024 to avoid automatic charge to credit card on file including all fees PLUS $10.00 Late pick up fee.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Once you have placed a Bid, your Bid can not be retracted. Bidding on any lot without the intent to pay all charges is deemed fraudulent.. -NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS.
Gran-E LLC reserves the right to remove any item(s) from a sale at any time for any reason.
Indemnification: Buyer shall indemnify Gran-E LLC against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. The buyer will not hold Gran-E LLC, its owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Governing Law: The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. All lawsuits must be filed in Ellis County, Texas.
