This auction includes a cleanout of a three generation house and a barn. You'll find antiques, dirt, junk, hay, and a lot of fun! The auction will start to close on Thurs, July 18 at 6pm with pickup on Saturday, July 20 from 9am to 3pm. All items are as is where is. No refunds. NOTE: Your credit card will NOT be charged at close of auction. YOU WILL RECIEVE A SQUARE INVOICE VIA EMAIL TO BE PAID PRIOR TO PICK UP. If your items are not picked up during designated pick up times (and you have not made prior arrangements), you FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS which will be resold. NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS IS HARD WORK AND WE INTEND TO GET PAID FOR IT. If you do not pay/pick up and do not communicate with Lillian Kelley's, your actions will result in bidding restrictions and a negative impact to your bidder profile which other auctions can see. We will ship items, but please read the shipping information. If you are not able to pick up on Saturday, July 20, but still want to bid. Please contact us so that we can make arrangements. THE GOAT IS NOT A REAL GOAT. The winner of "The Goat" will take any and everything that is left over from this auction. This person will need to come on Saturday around 1PM and bring a trailer if necessary. EVERYTHING MUST GO!
