Seller has no history on vehicle. These are impounded or abandoned vehicles. Vehicles were never reclaimed. All vehicles are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION and sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Item preview is highly recommended and bidding without previewing is strongly discouraged. Additional information may not be available except through personal inspection at item preview (when previews are offered).
Vehicle Paperwork:
A Storage Lien Packet/Certificate will be issued on the vehicle. The paperwork will be mailed to you within one week after the sale. Take the packet to the tax office to register for title. All paperwork will be made out in the company name as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice. If no company name is given it will be listed in the individual name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's invoice at the time of auction close. All title paperwork will appear exactly like it is on your invoice. No changes to paperwork will be allowed. Very occasionally, there are problems with the vehicle storage lien paperwork sent by the vehicle storage facility. If a title is not able to be obtained, you may be issued a refund for the purchase price but not for any repairs done to the item purchased. The vehicle will have to be returned to the vehicle storage facility with the original paperwork before a refund is issued. VSF Auto Auctions will help coordinate fixing any issues in obtaining title with the Vehicle Storage Facility, but is ultimately not responsible for title paperwork. If you are out of state, you will need to check with your tax office/DMV to see if they accept Texas storage lien packets for title.
Bidders outside of Texas, will be required to send a copy of their ID and credit card in order to bid.
Acceptance of Terms:
All persons participating in the on-line bidding agree to and accept these terms and conditions . All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO warranties implied or expressed. No allowance, or refund will be given. Any descriptions are for identification purposes only. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have inspected thoroughly the items and to have satisfied himself or herself as to its condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. All participants hereby agree and accept that VSF Auto Auctions will not be held responsible for any errors and will not stop payment or dispute the sale.
