Shipping Information

Shipping fees are determined after packaging.
Shipping may take up to 10 business days.
After shipping is determined you will receive an invoice. If the invoice is not paid in 7 days items are considered abandoned.
For large or non-shippable items, we recommend contacting Cliff at All In One Moving and Logistics (972-822-4464).
Pick-Up Requirements
Winning bidders must bring their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items.
For larger items, please ensure adequate help is arranged, as items must be removed without property dumping.
Any property damage caused during pick-up is the buyer's responsibility.
The estate company and property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick-up.
Staff may be available to assist with lifting or loading items, but tips for their assistance are required.
Items are considered abandoned when not pick-up up during the posted pick up window or after 7 days if shipping is requested. Shipping must be requested before posted pick up time.

We do not fully inspect every item and advise you to do so on auction inspection day. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal. No Exceptions. We accept most major credit cards and cash payment. Discount offered for cash. We do not accept checks or cashier's checks. All credit card and cash payments shall be processed by Junk In The Trunk.
PICK-UP
Pick up times & dates are firm. All items are to be picked up by the designated time that the auction states. Junk In The Trunk will be the determining factor on deciding whether the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick-up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED BUSINESS DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF Junk In The Trunk. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE SALE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ANYWAY WE CAN, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO STORE ABANDON ITEMS. ABANDON ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED A DISPOSAL FEE OF $25.00 PER LOT.
Buyer must provide manpower to move and supplies to pack purchased items. We do not have packing supplies at pick up.
